The convEGGtor half-baking stone allows you to make a multitude of small dishes! Hyper versatile, you can use it with the convEGGtor basket by inserting it between two dishes, to combine direct and indirect cooking, or juxtapose it with a second half-baking stone to create a real convection apron.
 Designed to prevent food from burning when two half-stones are used in order to increase the total cooking surface. If you use a convEGGtor with a smaller diameter, food on the edges may burn. This accessory is therefore ideal for preparing large quantities of dishes that require cooking at a moderate temperature (such as chicken wings, for example). Used alone, it allows you to cook your food on half of the total cooking surface without the risk of burning it. The half-stone cooking stone is made of Big Green Egg ceramic.
